SHIPPING POLICY
  • Quadkart Ship orders through Delhivery, Bluedart and India Post. We ship all our packages directly with the shipping agency and there is no forwarding agency in between this which ensures delivery in destination address as fast as possible.
  • Orders that are placed before 3 PM are shipped out on the same day, but we cannot always guarantee such a short processing time. Tracking ID will be provided on the same day or next working day after the package has been shipped.
  • If we receive multiple orders to the same shipping address in a short span, and if the former order is not shipped, then we will club the orders and refund the shipping charges if the shipping charges does not add up to the total shipping charges of each orders. 
  • If you have any special request for shipping/packaging, clubbing or regarding shipping agency, please feel free to contact us.
  •  It will take time for the tracking information to get updated. So Wait atleast one day for the tracking information to be alive.
  • We do not Guarantee delivery time for any orders and it is entirely depends on the logistics. Usual In-Transit times are 3-5 days (Which could be shorter or longer depending on the Delivery location)
ORDER CANCELLATION

We will start to process your order as soon as we recieve it. So it may not be possible to cancel the order. If you still opt to cancel the order, then please get in touch with us Mobile or Whatsapp as soon as possible. We will cancel the order at your request if it is not shipped or completed processing. Convenience fee (Which is charged by the Payment gateway) is not refunded.
